Are you passionate about Rust and eager to share your knowledge with the community? RUSTAsia is looking for insightful and engaging speakers for our upcoming conference. If you have an idea for a talk, we encourage you to submit your proposal!

Submission Guidelines


What to include

  1. Speaker Information
    • Bio: Include a brief paragraph about yourself, your job title, and the company you work for.
    • Photo: Attach a high-quality photo of yourself.
  2. Talk Details
    • Title: Provide a compelling title for your talk.
    • Description: Write 1-2 paragraphs describing your talk. Highlight the main points and outline the key takeaways for the audience.
    • Target Audience: Specify the level of Rust/programming knowledge attendees should have to benefit most from your talk (e.g., beginner, intermediate, advanced).

General Information

  • Language: All talks must be in English.
  • Format: RUSTAsia is a single-track conference, ensuring every attendee has the opportunity to hear every speaker.
  • Benefits: As a speaker, you will receive a free conference ticket. Additional benefits to be determined.
  • Selection Process: Proposals will be reviewed by an internal panel. Selected speakers will be notified 1.5 months before the conference.
  • Submission Deadline: December 31, 2024
